Iguassu Falls No 1

Hi Family, Friends, Davenanters, Dancers and Bloggers,

Monday
We left Buenos Aries early and caught a plane to Iguassu and there we were met by our tour guide who took us straight to the National Park to view the falls from the Argentinian side.

View of the National Park from the air:

The biggest three waterfalls of the World:
Iguassu Falls are the biggest in area, Niagara Falls are the biggest in volume and the Victoria  Falls are the biggest in height.

The first walk was about 30 minutes to The Devils Throat which is the biggest of the falls. Here we are setting off:

The walk through the Forest was beautiful and we saw such a lot of wildlife. When we saw the falls for the first time it was truly spectacular and breathtaking.

The first video shows the water dropping down the Devil's Throat.

The second video shows the Devil's Throat viewed from the Argentinian side, looking towards the Brazilian side and then it looks down the valley to Paraguay in the distance.

Here are some views of the falls all taken from the Argentinian Side:

We were walking in the Park for about four hours and felt totally exaughsted by the end. It was, however, an amazing experience and we felt totally exhilarated by it all. The tour rep then took us across the border to Brazil and to our hotel which we could see from the Argentinian side of the falls.
